As a WCS Bespoke client, you will have access to the Secure Client Portal which is a simple and easy way to have live, up to date information on all of your past, current and future Bookings and Reservations.  From within your Secure Client Portal Access, you will be able to see:

  • All Arrival and Departure Bookings Dates and Times
  • The Status of any Additional Reservations and Bookings such as Hire Cars and Airport Transfers
  • The Status of any Pre-arrival Property Inspections and Checks
  • The Status of all Pre-arrival and Service Cleaning arrangements that have been made
  • From October 2017, you will also be able to edit and make your own bookings On-line, via your Secure Client Portal
