Maintenance Contract
When you become a WCS Bespoke client, we will discuss and agree with you the best level of care and maintenance needed to maintain your property to the highest standards, but also to put your mind at rest.
We will assess and recommend the amount of work required to maintain your home, garden and pool to the standard required. We will then install and manage these suppliers and contractors on your behalf, ensuring that only the highest service levels are maintained.
Reforms & Refurbishments
Whether your property is old or new, you may need or desire to carry out some degree of work to update or refurbish your property. Again WCS Bespoke can help here. Using only the best suppliers and contractors for the job in question, and only ones that have been tried and tested on many occasions, we will provide quotes and manage the work from initiation to completion.
Supplier & Contractor Selection
We use a mix of Spanish and English speaking suppliers and contractors. These are selected based on their work standards and ethics. Only the best suppliers and contractors will be used to carry out work on your home, garden and pool. WCS Bespoke does not use any "Jack of all trades, master of none". We only use specialist and qualified tradesmen, suppliers and contractors.
Our specialist pool cleaners and gardeners are exactly that - specialists. In addition, our uniformed maids clean to hotel standards.
All of our suppliers and contractors are tried and tested and have proved themselves to provide outstanding results time and time again. They care about, and are on board with, the WCS Bespoke high standards and philosophy.
