Maintenance Contract
When you become a WCS Bespoke client, we will discuss and agree with you the best level of care and maintenance needed to maintain your property to the highest standards, but also to put your mind at rest. This can be as simple as weekly inspections checking the water, electricity, humidity and pest control etc. or installing regular maid services (see maid service) to ensure that at a moments notice your property is immaculately presented and ready for your arrival..
Accounts Management
When you become a WCS Bespoke client, you will be presented with monthly accounts statements as standard. These will detail any costs that have been presented to your account for that month, along with all relevant explanations, and your latest account balance. However, in addition, WCS Bespoke can take away all aspects of accounts management and bills payment for you. This can range from management of your utilities bills such as gas and electricity, to all other supplier costs that are involved in running a property abroad.
